Radio One is 30% owned by Cathy Hughes (Founder) and Alfred Liggins (CEO)- both black. They bought Comcast's share back in 2015. The other 70% is publicly owned shares. That firm is as black as it gets.
EBONY is owned by Johnson Publishing Co.- a black privately owned publishing house. The same company who owns JET.

I knew most of them were White owned. I have stock in Radio One and we all know that they sold off part of their TV division to Comcast but they still have the say of what does and doesn't make it on air. That's why it's not full blown c00nery and I would have sold my stock otherwise if they did.
