The people that were buying homes during Covid and waiving home inspections were fukking fools and I know they were getting raped on quality.

I was going to ask, because 1.5m illegals are in construction. The industry where they are most in, which completely goes against the narrative that they are all working in the fields picking fruits and vegetables.
My parents had their house built in 2010 and the workers couldn't even get the floor plan right. Turns out multiple people in the neighborhood had the same problem with incorrect floor plans. Lots of other people with roof issues, some had to replace within 10 years of the house being built. Others with flooding in the basement/backyard when it rained.
The workers were pretty much all hispanic, and I bet it's the same with all these new constructions having issues. Illegals are not master carpenters, but we treat them like they are.

I mean, what type of quality you think you getting when you’re buying a 3000+ sq ft home for $700k…y’all brehs stay thinking y’all getting a W paying “cheap” prices for the amount of home…nah
1000% I've been in SOOOOOOOO many houses trying to find something that I could afford but went and looked at some new construction homes just to see how they were built. I'm nowhere near any inspector but I could see issues with flooring, tile in bathrooms having issues, problems with windows. I remember reading that old houses aren't meant to be airtight like new construction homes which is why there are probably so many issues with windows because the builders dont commit to doing it properly to achieve ventilation efficiency.

Used to work for a paint and materials store. I was always making deliveries to job sites. The way those Mezzicans build houses is insane.
Brehitos will be blindly firing 100s of nails into OSB and doing all kind of nonsense just to get the job done quicker. Once saw someone connect some plumbing with duct tape. All while downing like 7 Modelos/Coronas and blasting deafening Tejano music.
