If you look in your early 20's and lean, then possibly. 6'4 is obviously tall, but it isn't freakishly tall like 6'8 is, so you won't be standing out crazy.

I look like I could be a college upperclassmen still. Lean yes usually stay around 190 but can go up to 205 before I start feeling too fat.
