Honestly looking back it was rather silly to even bring them up in the goat convo after winning it all with all injuries going in their favor.

And if you are not box score whoring, you know the bulls could have very easily gone 74-8 in 96, but the bulls had little to play for after getting the 70. They took they foot off the breaks after that, all of us there know that. They rested players, played soft for the most part just waiting til the playoffs begun

Then again, if you actually watched the games, you know the bulls could have very well swept the sonics leaving their playoff record at 15-1. The bulls blew the sonics out in game 3. The bulls did the league a favor in their tv deal by allowing it to go 6, plus the bulls especially mj wanted to celebrate in chicago.

Mj and pip could both shoot close to 40% from 3, but and this is the key point, they both had incredible post games. Add in worm grabbing 20 rebs a game and they would have wiped the floor with the warriors. Especially if the game is close in the 4th. Bulls were one of the best teams in the league of taking something away from a team and they would have taken that 3 away from them.

People got caught in the reg season run, fair enough they were special in the reg season but thier weaknesses were always their and covered by curry and klay hitting once in a lifetime level of shots. That would have been enough to get the warriors maybe 1 game vs the bulls. But it was never that close.
