Breh..
97.9 used to play these songs at 7am while ma dukes was taking me to school:russ::dead:

U wanna talk about a song they played on the way to school, Late 80's George Michael had the "I want your sex" song playing like every 15 minutes on the radio and towards the end he literally says over and over again

"Have sex with me"

lol@ comparing an r&b singer to rappers...as if they have much in common.

Let's compare some 70's/80's male r&b singer and some trap rappers today and ask how we got here...

beat me to it ma

that's like me saying jeffrey osbourne to young thug.. i mean the comparison is faulty off top

nikkas were born into the hip-hop era an still can't help but act with the same appall and shock that their parents had when they tried introducing Salt-N-Pepa.
Same roles get filled. lol

I mean, whore culture would NOT be anywhere near as popular or mainstream as it is now if it weren't for other men happily consuming or engaging in it. You can bytch and moan and thump your chest about it all you want to but the truth is, hoes die without sustenance. If lowkey and classy broads were really the most desirable mainstream then that's how most bytches would be.

Never heard of any of these shyts. Amd the difference is that now, all that hoe babble is mainstream

Millie Jackson was the biggest out of those 3 but she was on the fringe, nothing compared to the popularity of this new generation. Long story short it's a hell of a stretch
