Hope ur mom isnt working or if she is not full time. Shes gonna get penalized...

She works part-time as a telephone operator at a hospital. She works 4 days a week and every other weekend, but she's going to drop the every other weekend and that will put her under the cap before they penalize. She also gets a pension, so between that, income from the PT job, social security and she's been side hustling body butters and her crochet projects, she's good to go. I'm trying to get her to buy a small house, so her mortgage can be next to nothing and she doesn't have to worry about moving again and also have a small tax write off. Right now she's lives on the 3rd floor and that's just not going to be sustainable as she gets older.
