Women cannot feel contrition. I remember when I was a teenager, I was done wrong by a grown woman that I had known for most of my life.
I remember talking to one of my boys about it at 16 years old, telling him that she will feel bad about all the lies she told on me and she would come talk to me about it one day.
Breh, let's just say I'm still waiting for that talk.
No contrition. No sense of right or wrong. Like you said, she easily compartmentalized the evil she did to me and I can tell that she either doesn't even remember it now or she just doesn't care.
