I'm getting pressed by fam to set up shop and buy a crib here, but fukk no. Damn near every builder here does complete shyt work. The state (TX) has some of the shyttiest regulations known to man. Houses are centimeters apart with no front or back yards. And @dora_da_destroyer, the craftsmanship is shyt cause they're trying to get them up as quickly as possible and move on to the next development, and the state doesn't have enough folks qualified to go around and enforce standards. Then on top of that, you get taxed out the ass for that shytty work.

Exactly! When we bought our house we got scared after we did research on the national builder and since every state has different standards they were getting shyt reviews everywhere. Then we realized none of the bad reviews were coming from California because we have actual standards and regulations.
