Pakistan etc. . .. dude in the video probably got done readin Rich Dad Poor Dad for the first time and thought he could catch a quick flip . . .. . . but this aint the 90s or early-00s anymore . . .. .

I been slowly remodeling my home and the builders piss me off how shytty their work is. I am basically replacing everything over time. Floors, fixtures light switches, power outlets, repainting, everything. Most of it I am doing myself but I will bring someone in to do the showers and kitchen. All builders are shyt. My mom and brother had their homes built on our property and even then the builders were shyt. My mom was on their ass about making sure it was to her standard. That home looked like it was a bit older and just needed some maintenence for most of those issues.
