I think most can agree Doc is a good coach but the problems that plagued the Clippers both in the Kawhi and Lob City era are exactly what the Sixers want to avoid. Lack of accountability, inconsistent on-court chemistry, passive aggressive culture. Sixers are an underperforming team relative to talent, and that's also the rep of Doc teams at this point. I guess we'll see

I don't understand the approach to hiring coaches. We just watched Doc Rivers coach a team with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George that blew a 3-1 lead. What makes anyone think he's the answer to lead Embiid and Simmons to a championship? Glenn Anton Rivers has blown 3-1 leads with Tracy McGrady, Chris Paul and Blake Griffin, and now Kawhi Leonard and PG13. There's no reason there's not anyone else in the world whether that's NBA, college, high school, Spain, Euroleague who we can give an opportunity to.

Philly "demoted" a guy who shyt talked his own players into a slightly lower step on the same front office ladder. They basically forced Jimmy out bc he wanted an extra year and didnt fukk with Brett, a coach they also didnt fukk with (and Ben, who sucks). They GOT fukkING AL HORFORD WHOS 56 TO BE THE GUY FOR EMBIID WHEN HES HURT/TIRED...FIFTY SIX!
