Why do y'all think this? Everyone thinks he's broken including y'all. Why would someone give up an all star caliber player for a HUGE project?

Obviously its dumb to take the first offer you get...but Morey had better told the pacers to keep that offer open cause it might not get much better...

I don't know who is giving up an all star for when you factor in salary arguably the worst offensive player in the league...

Miss me with all that defense talk, Trae is a household name now primarily because of Ben Simmons...

That will still be on the table a few months from now considering that Indy chalked full of injury prone core players.

And that 25% of the other blame could have been enough for them to win the series.
NAH...THEY COULDNT HOLD LEADS
BECAUSE HAWKS KEPT GOING
TO THE HACK OF SIMMONS
TO GET BACK INTO THE GAME.

IF YOU CANT PLAY YOUR 200 MILLION
DOLLAR PG IN THE PLAYOFFS
HE SHOULDNT BE ON THE TEAM.

That's on Doc Rivers for keeping Simmons on the floor in spite of what obviously ATL was trying to do. Hence me saying that their failures isn't all on Simmons as much as The Coli thinks.

It's amazing how Doc Rivers is managing to avoid blame for what transpired even when we saw how his replacement with the Clippers did a better job in one year than he did with nearly the same pieces.

Philly can do much better than that. That trade doesn’t bring their team any closer to a championship.
It absolutely does though. Brogdon and Curry is a deadly shooting backcourt. And the PnR with Joel + Brogdon would be hell to defend in late game situations. Everybody else just fills in the gaps.

SIMMONS IS A 200 MILLION DOLLAR
ALL STAR PG.

IF YOU CANT PLAY HIM
HE SHOULDNT BE ON THE TEAM.
PLUS YOURE SITTING HIM
FOR A WORSE PLAYER
WHICH ALSO HELPED THE COMEBACKS.

Which is why they are testing the market for him and seeing what’s out there. If Brogdon wasn’t so injury prone, then it wouldn’t be that bad of a deal. If you already have to worry about Embiid’s injury history, why would you bring someone else who is just as injury prone in hopes that they can make it through the season in one piece.

It’s exact reason why Brogdon is in Indy know with their other injury prone core pieces and not still in Milwaukee. People keep overlooking the injury aspect when they already clown Embiid for being injury prone.

Malcolm Brogdon ain't leading you to no damn championship... Sixers know that and this is why that deal was rejected..

On another note..if true this does at least let us know that Malcolm is available... My bulls desperately need to get a PG:mjcry:
The funny thing about this is, with all these damn injuries, Philly would've probably won a title this season with Brogdon instead of your mans.

While I agree that Simmons isn't fully to blame for the Sixers losing, the man has flat out shown no desire for helping his team win by improving his game. Add into the fact that the coach and star players are taking shots at him in the media, a volatile situation is brewing in Philly. If I'm Philly and if there is any truth about Dame wanting out of Portland, I'm on the phone with them right now:yeshrug:
