Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Don't do that. Don't do that. You said show me an example of a non playoff who made the finals the following year. I gave you an answer but now you wanna use the YOUTH EXCUSE. Come on bruh. Jj redikk has playoff experience. Amir johnson, Marco Bellinili. Brett Brown been with the spurs. NO excuses. that nets team was young too.

Don't do what? You knew exactly what we were talking about, like I said if you were going to go the 02 Nets route you may as well have said the 2015 Cavs, but you knew people reading this thread would hit the :camby: if you named them. You're really trying to compare acquiring Jason Kidd who is a leader, to a team being led by a rookie and a guy who just played his first 82 games this year? Your argument is about as dishonest as it gets, especially since my first post in this thread was about the Sixers being a young team. The Sixers are led by two guys with zero experience, them making the finals would be unprecedented in league history.

absolutely im comparing them. richard Jefferson was a rookie off the bench. Kenyon Martin was in his second year.. This was Kidd's first year in that system. Oh Jason kidd doesn't count cause he's a leader. Jason kidd is good but he wasn't great like Lebron. 2015 cavs and 2002 are 2 totally different stories. Cavs had Kyrie, Love and Bron. Nets had Kidd, then what? An underacheiver in Keith Van Horn. Second year player in Kmart, Young slow white guy in Todd Mccollugh, Rookie in RJ.

Reminding me of that young Miami Heat squad with Shaq. Would have made the Finals in 05 if Wade didn't bust his ribs.
low key that 2005 team was better than the 2006 championship team

But the best bball those Wade/Shaq Miami teams ever played was against Detroit in the 06 ECF

:wtf:

Kidd was 28 and 4x all-star already, how is this a comparison to the Sixers, who are the multi-time allstars that they have brought in to lead them? The Nets and Cavs situation is more comparable than the Nets and Sixers, the Sixers are being led by two guys under 25. Joel Embiid is the leader of the Sixers, not Redikk, their go to guy is Embiid who has never played in the playoffs and still has plenty warts associated with being a young & untested player, the guy running their offense is a rookie. You really reaching hard to try and draw that comparison, if LeBron had signed with the Sixers last summer and they went into the finals it would be the same situation as the Nets.....
