I went to the doctor with a ear infection.The doc looked in my ear and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics.
Only took 2-3 minutes.
I got a bill for 350 dollars

Sounds like doctor office need to adjust the code they used to submit claim. Contact doctors office.
Edit: They should adjust for you if you a new patient and want to keep your business. Doctors no better than a landscaper.

went in one time for a physical... asked one question regarding somthing sinus related... guy stuck a swab or something up my nose for a "test" and all of a sudden my free yearly physical turned INTO 200 BUCKS OFFICE "VISIT"...
some docs upsell on dumb shyt...
now i have that HSA thing so know everything is out of pocket so i dont go to the doc unless somehting is totally wrong or i cant shake a fever but YOUD BE AMAZED AT HOW A PERSON WILL TRY TO STAY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE WHEN THEY ARE TOLD A DOC VISIT FOR ANYTHING WILL COST 200 BUCKS...
