sorry should have clarified, in Canada, all games have increased to $79.99 and we don't get all the goodies like the best buy deal here. Your only hope is to keep checking craigslist for someone looking to get rid of a game they don't want.

if everyone would pirate, no one will make good games.... Thats the problems with pc gamers, most of them pirate that shyt and expect the companies to give a shyt about them. Pirating is the main reason games are poorly optimized and run like shyt on pc

that's bullshyt and you know it. Perfect example, Batman Arkham Knight. Poor optimization = lazy ass devs = complaining about pirating. Also look how the entertainment/hollywood is booming with all the pirating that people do.

when the CAD was higher than the USD, we were still paying the same price, it was actually cheaper to go to the US and buy games and come back...

but now we can't even do that

and don't act like that as soon as the dollar gets closer to par that prices gonna go back to "normal"

the reason is because people are dumb and go out and buy the games on first day, without waiting to read/hear about USER reviews. Everyone is so focused on gamespot/IGN reviews and go out and blindly buy any game that comes out, or have it preorder months in advance. Why bother making the perfect game when people have already given you their money?

That's why I like the PC. I've seen that Mad Max game on sale for $20. I can't remember the last time I paid full price for a video game.
