On a slightly different note, I overheard a convo betweeen my boy and some gym baddie. She seent a dude pulling 405 and was all :ooh:. I'm thinking this bish obviously don't lift.:rudy:

This isn’t a bodybuilder this is a power lifter and I’m not sure why you don’t think the lifestyle is healthy but it has health value...Resistance training is invaluable.
