I have 2, 13 year old kids (son and step-son) ... both turned 13 in grade 7. One in Oct (1st semester) and the other in May (last week of school). The younger of the 2 is my son...

They both will graduate at 18, but enter seniors as 17.

I graduated at 17.

This is normal age. 17-18 seniors...

I'm 6'2 and my girls cousin is 14 and my height (not sure if he dunking) but soon he will. Then I know another lil kid 13 and he taller than me. I really believe it's something in the food these days

In Florida you cant start school til age 5 (they will put you in VPK 4 and under), if you are born between May - August you get that lucky break of being a year ahead due to being born in summer months. Not sure how it is in other regions.

Fair enough, I don't know this kids situation so I wont speak on it. People have to admit that there is a problem in sports where parents and people around the kids are holding them back so they will stand out more.

Yes, this is true.

I know for a fact Rick Fox, finished grade ten in the Bahamas. I have him in a yearbook photo (same school) I was in kindergarten. He went to USA and went back in grade 9 when he should have been in grade 11.

I just checked his wiki and they mention it.

He must have been BIG over them other kids

being born in January meant that I was 12 on the first day of 7th grade and turned 13 the next year. if you need even further explanation of this apparently complicated concept (sequential order), this poster broke it down quite nicely.
