8/14 threads on the front page of TLR are about race

and i wasn't even saying ALL race threads are stupid. But the ones on the front page that I had been reading were all stupid as fukk. Amid all the mudslinging and insults being hurled we've had good discussions on institutionalized racism and police brutality and how we can change things, I specifically remember a conversation about the drug war and police being required to wear body cameras, those are all legitimate ass discussions. Not the stupid fukking shyt I was reading on the front page.

Iunno what to even say. I got legit heated one time when I read a thread off the shyt people were saying, people I would ordinarily
dap up. Thats when I had to step back and realize it ain't that serious. Everybody wanna talk about it but I guarantee you maybe 5% of posters are doing anything
about it. I'm slaving away at projects at home so I have a lot of time to spend in TLR, then my fam gonna drop a project, and a couple friends of
mine, black as well, gonna work on something. Other posters venting as if this is the worst time blacks have experienced in American History.

shyt is better, but still got a long way to go. It is when people start fixating on small issues that ALWAYS took place but they only know about due to
the internet that I learned to just avoid certain threads. They are just venting. Don't even let it bother you.

It is like st0rmfr0nt in how just like them in how some people on here have disdain for whites and call them names, IR dating, separation from whites, and other stuff. I think that's what people mean when they say that. You could easily find the exact topic on st0rmfr0nt but just from a white pov. I don't think they think the people are really as bad are crazy as them people. I know I don't at all. Its just place people come to vent and say stuff they don't say IRL when it comes to certain things IMO.

Exactly. I think a lot of people on here have limited views hence why as soon as you don't have the coli pro black view on something your a c00n, cac, etc. People can't even see and or understand you can get to the same spot many ways most of,the time.

This. Can't truly advance as a society holding hostility over color or heritage or anything like that. Been with the woman I'm seeing since 2011 and race has never been a discussion point at all. Got friends from South Korea, Honduras, Bangladesh, Ireland, Peru, Cuba, and none of us care. If anything, it's new languages to learn and new traditional foods to try.
