It's not just saying that cuz they black, i'm saying for all of NXT, they need to build up the lesser known people and the NXT recruits, there is no reason for Drew MCintyre and Bobby Roode to be fighting over the development title. They don't need every body in NXT, some people can just go straight to the main roster. Imagine if Cien and Johnny was for the title, how much more it would me for their development.
