8/30 WWE Swagdown Lit: we don't need washed up power hungry wrestlers

THe two times Raw has won sometHing has been on the line so the moments will stand out. First week, tHey crowned a number one contender and Monday tHey crowned a new cHamp. Take away tHat and Smackdown would probably be up 6-0 and I'm not joking neitHer.

Week 4:Smackdown
Week 5: Smackdown
Week 6: (ain't finish, but it's looking like Raw will win)

Fixed that for you. Raw blew their load the opening week with those Fatal 4 Ways and debuts, while Smackdown has ascended ever since. Raw's writing team simply just isn't all there, even though they have more star power and an extra hour (which is most often a detriment than helpful). There was a poll circulating on twitter from the last 5 weeks, and week 1 was the only victory Raw had, and seeing what was on tv, it's been clear why.

Week 3 raw had a slightly better show. That week was the weakest for both shows.

Smackdown hasn't been good every week. I don't know where that keeps coming from.

I think RAW will get better once the cruiserweight division rolls through. That extra hour means there's gonna be more filler on the show. That's RAW`s biggest problem. I feel like that's what people kind of hold against RAW.

I didn't get home until after the show was over but I had it set on the DVR. Just watched it. Another very solid show. Yo, fukkin Rhyno had me dyin in that vignette. He's a fukking scumbag, reminded me of DeNiro in Jackie Brown and shyt

:styles: is the definition of a main event playa. His work on the mic AND in the ring was fantastic yet again. What up to the face that runs tha place

SD! writers doin so much wit the character work. Miz thing running smoothly. I think this thing with him and Bryan will be a slow burn.

The return of on-location vignettes is just so

Raw is just a live house show. Just match after match, boring as hell. Smackdown in 2 hours gave us more backstage segments and pre taped shyt this week then raw has the entire month. Remember its a TV show brehs, they at least give us stories and the matches build the stories....example not only was the Heath trailer interview awesome, but the match complimented it perfectly, it was icing on the cake. Another example is we saw AJ Styles multiple times throughout the show. On Raw you only see dudes once and thats that, here AJ had a backstage segment with Apollo, a promo where Apollo interrupts leading to a match... and he did commentary to end the show. The smackdown crew is at least putting in effort. Raw is ass because its lazy as hell.

Considering Raw is the Land of the neckbeards I don't see Nakamura on Smackdown. We all know Nakamura, Joe, and Roode belong on smackdown. Especially if Cena gonna be leaving all the time.

@LordEssdot I don't know if Bryan meant that they were ending the Miz feud. The story from what I could tell is that Shane told Bryan not to provoke talent and him and Miz are being kept away from one another. I could still see this leading somewhere, maybe even getting bryan fired from his position as GM

Considering Raw is the Land of the neckbeards I don't see Nakamura on Smackdown. We all know Nakamura, Joe, and Roode belong on smackdown. Especially if Cena gonna be leaving all the time.

Smackdown's roster is too thin, especially in the main event and they need more people. I think they'll balance it out having Roode, Nakamura, and Joe to make the main event legit. They can do well on Ambrose and Ziggler. AJ Styles needs competition.
