Yeah I checked WWE.com's roster page and Roman is not listed under the SD or Raw roster section. So there is some merit to him being a free agent even tho he's not under the free agent section. He wasn't drafted so he's free to go to any show until we are told otherwise is the safe bet. Now whether that happens is another thing entirely.
