Listen to your body. Eat when your hungry in smaller portions, don't eat until you are full. Minimize sugar. Ceratin diets are correlated to better health outcomes but it's really a roll of dice. Too much conflicting information out there.

Loose leaf Green tea(with lemon juice)

Green juices(the ideal ratio: 90% vegetables to 10% fruits.

(I put kale, carrot, bell pepper, parsley, cilantro, ginger, lemon, orange, and collard greens in my juices. Buy a masticating slow juicer like omega.)

Green smoothies (Again in your smoothies, blend much more vegetables than fruits )

Essentiall Mineral/vitamin Supplements:

Zinc
Vitamin d3( go outside, get sunshine )
Magnésium
Vitamin b12
Probiotics also

Saw this headline earlier and haven’t had to dive in yet but was curious on the takes. Without reading it sounds wild because I’ve never heard negatives about fasting. Personally I’ve tried and am trying to get into intermittent fast but I’m so all over the place I haven’t found a good pattern. On the flip when I was my smallest, I got there by eating more times a day but smaller portions. So I always think about to. Will read the article through when I can but I’m skeptical off rip.

I'm no doctor, but I don't believe this.

Not even saying my methodology is accurate, because I'm stupid when it comes to medical shyt, but I liken everything back to caveman days. We didn't have farming and cooking back then.

You might go 2-3 days without eating. The body can handle manual fasting. I can't identify the hormones and processes, but we're built not to eat 3, 4, 5 times a day. Your body will be fine. That's why we store fat. We burn that for energy amongst other things.

we fast during are sleep though… like every night

Fasting if you have health complications like Diabetes is harmful though
We sleep during our sleep. Our body is healing and recharging...using the food we ate as fuel.

If you don't sleep, you die.

If you don't fast, you'll be healthy
