Yeah, I've always kinda thought these State lotteries were fraudulent, but now I'm more convinced than ever. Not only is it some old crusty white person or couple that usually wins, the majority of the larger lotteries like the Mega Millions or Powerball seem to have most of the prize winners that reside in rural or small country towns comprised of cacs.

I have always wondered who were some of the younger people that have won the lottos and how they have lived since then. Then I wonder how many are white versus other races of people. I know I bought some lotto tickets this weekend while I was in Atlanta. One Jackpot is up to $162 Million and the other is for $246 Million. Man, if I hit any one of these......
