Trick Daddy copying his whole entire style from Thrill da Playa (69 Boyz) back in 97, 98. They were always cool though.

Early 2000s Pastor Troy clones like Miracle and Drama

DJ Michael Watts starting to copy DJ Screw and slow down music in 98, 99. Most cats don't even know...DJ Screw didnt really chop up beats. He'd slow it down and run certain parts back but that whole "Screwed and Chopped" thing is Watts. There's a distinct difference.

Yeah jay definitely had a lot of clones in the early 2000s trying to do that whisper flow but they were unsigned hype for the most part.
