This touches on a subject so sensitive, its gonna make even the biggest deniers pissed.

Crack Era done ruined the family structure and even the basic dating socialization of the hoods.

Crack and Rap has dropped the value and respecrability of hardworking fathers in the Black Community.

It's been over.

I blame Eazy E for all this. Pac was inspired by him.

Nah, women weren't even listening to hiphop until Pac. Pac was a sex system.

Pac was God Level, still is to most.

Yeah, now black men gotta be extroverted, MONEY generating, swagged out brehs with a street edge just to be respected as human beings. It all stemmed from The Crack Era.

I don’t know about singling out the 80s , but it’s factual that men do pretty much everything for women on average(key word). If a dude could get p*ssy sweeping the grass in a trenchcoat he would. If being a janitor got you the most p*ssy everyone would be a janitor.

Its why everybody and they momma trying to be a rapper now. nikkas aint dumb. They see whats going on around em :manny:

“If your status ain't hood
I ain't checkin' for him
Betta be street if he looking at me
I need a soldier
That ain't scared to stand up for me
Gotta know to get dough
And he betta be street”
And women sang this part of the song like it was a national anthem. I don't totally agree with Wallo, but I get the point. I was a child in the 80s and saw the destruction crack did. I was a teen in the 90s and saw how the "Thugs" and dopeboys got so much praise from the women and girls in my particular neighborhood. There's a kernel of truth there though.

It wasnt until Kanye West dropped "College Dropout" in early 2004 when,I FINALLY saw brehs believe that it was cool to be themselves. Crack made a lot of brehs throw away their academic potential just to smash hoes
