Lower Decks had the best S1 of any Star Trek show.
It certainly went out with a bang after gaining momentum from a slow start (for me).
Because Sonequa holds a special place in my heart from her time on TWD I enjoyed season 1 of disco more than I did of the previous Treks. When she was on the Talking Dead set with Lauren Cohen and they had a tickle fight I nearly jizzed with my wife sitting next to me on the couch picking up my jaw off the ground :noah::noah::noah::noah::noah::noah:

Better yes but I don't believe it is good tbh. It's something very off with nutrek I can't put my finger on it but shyt feels soulless.

No Roddenberry influence. He envisioned Trek as an examination of the human spirit, religion, exploration and triumph.

All these new shows just want to be Michael Bay shows with the name Star Trek, not realizing that Trek was never about action. The action was always secondary to the questions about the human existence and our true purpose in the universe.

It was the intergalactic equivalent of when Alonzo dropped Hoyt off at the Mexicans house on Training Day

:ohhh::picard:

It's been a few years since I seen that episode. Alonzo wanted the mexicans to murk Hoyt. I thought Q was just trying to teach Jean-Luc a lesson. Or so I thought... :lupe:

Was he really trying to get Picard murked forreal that time? :picard:
