oh really
so how come he lives in a shytty Apartment?
and NO they do not ALL increase in resale value
dont let the net fool you
dude has an addiction - he won't sell a quarter of what he owns and even if he did he would not recoup that 85K let alone make a profit
If a fire did hit that apartment, I hope he would have enough Renter's insurance to cover that $85,000 sneaker collection. After adjusting for inflation, factoring the opportunity cost of investing that money over time and him giving away pairs to the youtes...he taking that L.
He doesn't care though. He looks fine as long as he has his shoes. Now if a fire was lit in the apartment, he might off himself.
Some people have different priorities...who are we to judge.
Some is more than you think breh. He shoulda said most. J's Brons Kobe's KDs all increase in price as time passes

He looks the type to have a nice and crisp pair of J's and pull out his metrocard to get on the bus/train complaining that the fair is too high![]()

.depending on what he has, it's a sound investment. Some pairs will increase in value over time and he can either trade up or cash out on some of those shoes.
In some parts of the country, that $85k will pay a small home off in cash. I mean, if you're living by yourself you could easily get you a home that's paid for and live comfortably. And even if you had a wife and a couple of kids you could easily get a very good home with a modest mortgage for that 85k.85k could have been a nice downpayment on a house
This is his room.
