Made the mistake of going through my gf's social media account and it was the most toxic shyt I've ever seen. I've seen similar shyt posted on The Coli but didn't know it was so pervasive.

Why is this? This isn't good for anyone's mental health.

I deleted TikTok.
The vast majority of Black content on that app is Black Men thirsting for white and non-black women and putting down Black Women or Black Women thirsting for white and non-black Men and putting down Black Men. And there's so much anti-black content on there from others it just made me not even want to venture further.

Other than that its just forced and unfunny c00nish 30 seconds or less comedy sketches with just dark humor that I don't even know who finds them funny. It's lowkey embarassing and just sad. I just don't get the need to put down black people foe the validation of white folks and non-black people...they already looking at them as a joke anyways and their behavior on that app reinforces it.

The difference is TikTok is used by Millions and there are accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers that produce content with algorithms that amplify those toxic shorts .
I'm 38. What reason to I have to be on a social media app with people under 25 anyways?
