Show was so good it was depressing because somehow they can't figure out how to make Raw half as good :why:

:ohlawd: at how they debuted KENTA & made him look like a complete bad ass against 2 guys much bigger than him.

The dirty secret about NXT is that Meltzer's partially right about it's wrestling quality: outside of the top guys and girls, everyone's right around average in terms of wrestling ability. And yet exactly zero people give a shyt, because:

1. The best matches on NXT are very, very good.

and

2. Everything and everyone's written and built so well that the fact that the wrestling is, on the whole, inferior to RAW fails to matter.

It says a lot about the value of consistent, well-thought out writing that a show full of middling wrestlers (with a few very, very good workers at the top) can be the best thing on WWE programming. For fukk's sake, Enzo vs. LeFort wasn't really a good match at all, but everyone was into it because everything was built so well and made to matter. Other than Rusev/Swagger (debatable), when was the last time a midcard to lower-midcard angle seemed to matter at all on the main shows?

Not the best PPV that WWE's done this year (not even close, honestly), but a very good show nonetheless.

I thought the show on the whole was nowhere close to Arrival and Takeover 1 and was actually pretty mediocre until the main event :manny: Main event was :wow: though

I thought it was gonna be be Breezy F. Baby's night brehs :sadcam:

That (completely justified) heel tactic by Neville though :whoo:
I think Zayn is gonna win the title pretty soon and then Neville will turn after that, like the Hardy vs. Punk feud. Hopefully, it pays off with a TLC match at the next Takeover like that feud did. These 2 are about to have a series of classics

Now that Charlotte's turned, my baby Sasha () about to take that title :blessed:

adrain, tyson, and sami are better than pretty much every on the main roster except for daniel.

The wrestling is a 100x better than main roster :beli:

edit: you're a dikkriding fakkit btw :laff:

The first sentence is an exaggeration with a grain of truth to it.

The second is just a flat-out lie. NXT's quality really doesn't go beyond the top guys and divas. The main roster will have good matches down through the midcard, and even a bit lower than that at times. The problem is that the WRITING is so bad that we don't care about the wrestling. That's where NXT has the main roster beat, hands down. And you'd be correct to like it better because of it.

And agreeing with Meltzer makes me a dikkrider? Please...
