Things may or may not have been different with Gurley there, regardless I think they're a good team.
Just don't get all the SEC hate on this board. Anybody with eyes could see Auburn was overrated and LSU wasn't shyt. The A&M drastic fall off surprised me. But if you don't think Ole Miss and Miss St. can't go out there contend, and possibly beat the best from other conferences I think you're letting that SEC hate bias get to you

Problem is the bolded. While you saw it, too many mufukkaz were proppin em up just off association. Even the fans of these teams on this board will tell you they had flaws.

As for this thread I don't see how Auburn was "propped up". TAMU was a bad loss, but losses to UGA & Miss St aren't bad losses (even tho we whooped that ass last night).
We'll see... yall might and probably will win, but it's usually not an asswhuppin. Rivalry games are different. IF that's the case, yall should have waxed Florida but we all saw what happened. :kermitnunya:

TAMU was a bad loss. Mississippi state is a good squad and Auburn put the ball down 3 times in the first quarter..
Georgia was just a good ole fashion ass whoopin.....and that shyt happens against rivals.....
The bottom line is this....The SEC has had more high profile coaches, more BCS appearances, more BCS victories, more BCS championships, and more NFL talent than any other conference since the inception of the BCS.
How is that being propped up? Now CFB is all about politics and not true competition, but you mean to tell me out of 10 years, the SEC aint never looked funny in the light compare to other conferences..

The schedule was ridiculous this year. The team is just out of steam. Too many injuries to top players and repeatedly tough games will do that.
I said at the beginning of the season that Auburn was going 10-2 or 9-3. Trying to get through the SEC West unscathed with an unfavorable schedule is damn near impossible.

^^^^True. I really hate playin GT and that ghey azz offense, though. Don't know much about them this year tho. Haven't beat any team of note...best wins are Miami & Clemp$on (Watson got hurt early tho)

Don't get me wrong this is the best Tech team on paper we've played in a while, but I fully expect to thrash them in Athens in a couple weeks.
Reminds me of '08. Pruitt didnt play against GT while at FSU did he??? Best way to take them out is get up early...make PJ pass.
