If they kill a cop and the kid becomes a fugitive, what's his solution then? Answer thst situation directory and not just talk about the symptoms. Give a solution to that particular problem.
You have to be under arrest already in order to be charged with resisting arrest. They said he wasnt jaywalking so what was he under arrest for allowing them to claim he resisted being arrested. Its a tactic they use all the time.

Totally ignore my other options. Why even talk about these situations if our only response is allow your child to be beaten half to death, humilated and suffer emotional distress. The ability for him finding a good job is slim now they he has a record. Also he would continue to be harassed by the cops in the future. Thecoli justifies the animal kingdom for other behaviors but ignore its ability to self defend themselves.

That cop clearly overreacted. Not a good example anyway because the situations are different. Like I said, earlier people just need to do what they ask so there won't be more situations like what happened to the 16yr old. You frickin get pulled over and cop tells you to step out of the car what are you just gonna sit there and argue???? You're not bright if you think that's a great idea I've also seen countless videos where people did cooperate and they were released yes even after being handcuffed. It's obvious there are bad cops out there just like there's some good ones although I believe there are far more cops that don't give a damn than good ones.
Cops are scumbags, but fighting and disagreeing with them is only going to get you beat up, shot, or killed. Especially if your black.
