If you don't care about black people other than yourself, this doesn't apply to you. This is in no particular order.
1 -Stop putting some much emphasis on "brands" whether it's clothing brand, food, electronics, appliances etc. This obsession with certain brands only causes us to go out and spend all our disposable income with white corps/business. The fact is if a black man/woman started a company and made the exact same product and it does the same thing as those other products will sit its ass on that shelf and not be bought. We need to stop worshipping these brands so much, italian especially, a lot of them don't even like black people but we give them all our money and promote their stuff for them on social media and in songs etc.
2. Black men complain about the oppressor but allow them to teach their children....what's happening now is the result of sending your kids to be taught by white institutions. Black men have to take our communities back, we have to be present, protect our women and children, and our kids need to be taught by black teachers in black schools. Also, financial literacy needs to be apart of their education. Instead of devoting so much time and money into Jamal being a great basketball player, make sure that he knows something about business, stocks, etc. Got black kids out here who have to go to Mr Charlie who hates him for a job, loan, etc meanwhile their parents spent so much money on his curricular activities that didn't even matter in the end. No businesses, no trust fund, no money in the bank, etc but a bunch of money spent on sports and clothes. Most kids aren't going pro like you hoped. Math, History (Black History) English and Financial Literacy will be the tools needed for a black man or woman.
3. Support black as much as you can.
4. A lot of guys aren't gonna like this one, but if black men want anything to change we're gonna have to start holding the drug dealers in black areas accountable instead of ignoring everything. We ignore the non black men who come in and extract wealth, we ignore the drug dealers who go around destroying the communities and abandoning their kids etc. We let anything fly in our communities and then bytch about women not respecting us. Instead of letting drug dealers come in and do whatever they want, make them build something in your community, sponsor a youth league, buy jersey's, put on BBQ in the park, make them use that drug money to uplift the community sense they are destroying the shyt. Hold them accountable, if they don't want to do those things, call the police on them nikkas. It's not that hard. Of course, if you already moved to a white neighborhood, this doesn't apply to you
5. Stop giving non black people the benefit of the doubt. They only care about themselves, they could care less if you as a black man gets killed for no reason or ends up in jail. nikkas keep defending Jin, Akbar and Ruben but they won't even hire a nikka in their businesses so you can feed your family and they won't be there to help financially if you or any of your relatives gets shot or got locked up. That's reality.
6. Employee blacks, and pay them.
7. Learn about food, health and Wellness. Stop eating so much Fritos, drinking so much, and get your diet on track, your body will thank you later. There's nothing lame about having a decent diet.
8. Don't be so quick to shyt on other black people especially publicly. One thing about cacs, asians, latinos, etc even if they dislike another one, they will still look out for one of them over a black person if they had to choose, because they understand the economic aspect of it. They don't always get along, but they still generally like other people of their ethnic group more than they like us. That's why they'll hire their own race most of the time even when their business is smack-dead in the middle of a black area, with black customers who keep it thriving.We need to be the same way.
