Have you replaced it with anything? For me, turning on my MacBook was the cue to hop on JBO or some other site and search for porn which obviously led to beating off. If I don't open my MacBook them there's no temptation for me. Instead I'll read, workout, F around on the piano, etc... Time and nothing to do will cause you to eventually relapse.

Physically, nothing much has changed. Don't notice the big difference. I've done this before for 2 months and it just left me frustrated as fukk.

Relapsed, I made it to 24 days Was with my girl the entire weekend and during my first day without her slipped up but I'm not disappointed.
