i have a serious pornography addiction.

been tryin for years.

do you guys delete your porn stash? mine took years to save. not even that, i got original content n stuff. so much temptation daily

I used to watch Intervention on A&E and would say to myself how can those people be so weak. Addiction is real and is difficult to stop, but this can be done. I'm treating this as a crack habit...I will reach my goal this March.

Breh..you should delete your stash and install web filters on your computer. There is also a software called "Cold Turkey" that you can download to block your internet access temporarily if you get those urges.

You're gonna find that after a few days of doing this your brain is gonna start fukking with you. For me yesterday was terrible. Your brain is gonna try to find something else to replace the feeling you used to get when hunting down porn.

I think deleting it could work against him. if he ever wants to watch porn again, his brain may go on overdrive and he will want to get all those years of porn back. esp if he's spent money on it. He need to train his brain to obstain even when porn is readily available. becuase nomatter what he does with his stash, new porn is always available. and he will just re-up his stash

Its like how someone previously said, they put a filter on the computer and then he jus removed it when he wanted to watch porn.. there both just bandaid solutions to a bigger problem
