You can tell what kind of job people work here by the responses. Dude ain't come to work today and I did the same amount of work when he was here. IDK what happened to him because he didn't call in and the other people don't know why he ain't come in. Feel great tho knowing we getting a new hire. And for those saying if it makes me feel good, yes it does. The better our team does the better bonuses and the better environment the less stress. What yall not getting is, we super lax, literally we can work from home but there are limits and work has to get done. Let the position go to someone that is helping the team. Another thing yall not understanding is I spoke to dude multiple times and the team felt the same way but they was shook, created a toxic environment. Let that be a life lesson brehs
