I understand that I’m going with the least amount of shyt

To me that roc
Then
Swisha house
Then maybe rukus

Well that a given

You want the least amount of bullshyt you got to deal with on the business side and the personal side

With the Roc you gotta deal with Dame and his approach to business lol

This is @RennisDeynolds level of Stanning

Y’all Jigga Stans are hilarious :russ:

I wouldn't sign to RocAFella.

1. Dame would be trying to embarrass you constantly, from your music to your clothes

2. Biggs would be coming out in every interview he ever gives talking about he listens to your album everday. He neglects the fact that they selved your fukking album 30 plus years ago :dead:

3. Jay might strongarm my only shot at a hit record for one of his street singles :dead:

None of these labels are a good move tbh. No Limit might actually be the best option :merchant:

That’s what I was going to say

Make 2 albums, make money and then bounce and make a move into tv shows

97’ and 98’ on No Limit, I’m guaranteed to drop 2 albums and with that success, I’d be in a No Limit movie and then guest spots Moesha and then hollering at the Wayans Brothers for a spot on their show

Yep. Might could still eke out a living by performing some clubs and fairs throughout the South :ehh:

Nobody on No Limit really mentioned getting fukked by their contract to my knowledge

Exactly

I would’ve literally seized that moment in time 97’ to 98’ to drop 2 albums on No Limit with Beats By The Pound on the boards and some Master P features and gotta have a Scarface feature on both albums and then I would’ve made a swift move into tv cause by 99 and 2000 No Limit was shell of its former self

I always wondered

Who got the beats?

Like was it they made a bunch of them and the artist pick what they wanted

Or they was made for the artist while they was there

That fascination of how it was done back there with labels have me in a choke hold
