In the Silver Lining
Four square was the shiit afterschool :banderas: :ohlawd:.

Had a 5 - 7 minute wait in line just to get back in the game. Forget getting out, you trying to stay in the game so your don't have to wait.

We also had full court dodge ball. So the whole entire basketball court was divided in half. Shiit was silly. Out there like gladiators.

Could you elaborate?
Look at the terminology usage and shifting of "stan" from hip hop to "post millennial dork"...the words "ship and shytpost" were relegated to cac troll internet corners. Many of those old cac trolls have moved into influential positions...and I know for a fact a gang of black meme culture came from 4cac because I was one of the original brehs going over there to reverse troll and convert memes. I did this on the urbanchat message board, and a gang of popular chicks from there (influenced by me and a few other brehs from earlier internet fukkery zones) moved to FB roast groups, got popular due to thirst, invited US and then moved to twitter...restarted the cycle there until it hit instagram and cycled back. While this was happening, OG Hipster Vice cacs, tech cac, and actual 4cacs were using the same meme tactics to sway presidential elections and sell black culture back to black kids...via memes or mnemonics. It's a science.

I miss playing dodge ball. We played traditional dodge ball, prison dodge ball, and Dr. dodge ball.

Man, elementary and middle school was fun years ago.

These youngins (25 & under) dying the fastest of any generation since the crack era tho :patrice:

This unholy mix of social media, processed foods, idol worship, pharmaceuticals, fakkitry, trash rap, thotting is going to do alot if them in before 40.

Instagram full of chicks posting pics with their babies and no daddy or father figure in sight :mjlol:

The weakest crop of our race ever I bet:scusthov:

I noticed this a lot too.

I really don't think our generation is as disrespectful about age like this one.

I never thought anyone in their 20s were old, even 30s.

Lol now they say 23 is old lmao.

I think it's all because of social media and these young ass weird rappers and singers.

Back in the 90s nikkas ain't make it until mid to late 20s.

fukk them kids talkin down on the 90s babies!!!!
When they realize how old some of these rappers they listen to really are:mjlol:

And honestly most of these young rappers are weird and trash

Yeah. The world is a lot smaller and they get exposed to way more earlier than we did. But in a way we kinda are “old” because as a millennial we are old enough to remember shyt like phone books, VCRs and tapes, and slow ass internet you had to go to the library or school to use. Now the whole world is essentially literally in the palm of their hands because of cell phones.

And like you said the average new rapper is like what, 19 maybe? We was taught you had to wait til 20s-30s to see serious cash now you damn near washed if you over the age of 24 and still broke
Not too long ago most new rappers were like 24-30 with they're first major label debut.

It's funny seeing these youngins confused when they find out that their favorite rapper is damn near their parent's age :russ:
But To be fair hip hop has always been for the youth and most rappers in the 80s and 90s were getting put on by their late teens/early 20s
