Being born in 1988, I always felt more similarity with people born in the early 90s than people born farther back in the 80s. We all gotta get old. It’s not that bad. It is a trip I’ll be 42 in 2030 though. I still look about 26ish. It’s gonna be weird as hell to see a 40 year old man in the mirror in a few more years.

Was feeling when I turned on a throwback hip hop station and majority of the songs I heard I remembered when it debuted on 106 and Park.

Im so used to throwback stations playing Naughty By Nature or Pac and Big tracks, now im hearing songs like Whatever You Like by T.I and Run This Town By Jay Z thrown in having me like "These ain't throwbacks."

Then I realized both songs are over a decade old.
