Gangsta's Paradise is probably on every possible"90s hits" playlist. As a matter of fact 4 of his top10 hits on spotify are Gangsta's Paradise (original, some remix version from 2023, re-recorded version and a remix version from 2024)

The original version has 2 billion streams :dead: His #2 song Fantastic Voyage has 45 million streams and #3 CU When U Get There 30million streams

He up there cause of the features don't kid yaselves lol

Umbrella - Rihanna
nikkas In Paris - Ye
Crazy In Love - Beyonce
Empire State - Alicia
Numb / Encore - Linkin Park
Drunk In Love - Beyonce (written by Future)
Run This Town - Ye and Rihanna
No Church In The Wild - Ye and Frank
Monster - Bunch of nikkas on a Ye classic
Holy Grail - Timberlake
Pound Cake - Aubrey
Otis - Ye
Suit & Tie - Timberlake
Big Pimpin - UGK
03 Bonnie Clyde - Beyonce
Gotta Have It - Ye

Then you start gettin to solo Jay shyt that don't already got a superstar on it like 99 Problems, Hard Knock Life, Izzo, Dirt Off, PSA.

Even then look at Jay top 50 most streamed song 90% of em got another monster artist on there and trend of Jay most listened to song suggest he footnote or just there for most em. He not the main reason people bumpin em.

Umbrella, Crazy In Love, Empire State, Numb combined do almost 4 million daily and no one listenin those for Jay verses :mjlol:

So other 90's nikkas don't got features? :patrice:

Producing hip hopI guess BEP, Em and Wayne are technically 90s rappers but i always associate them more with the 2000s
Black eyed peas were signed to ruthless records in 1992 but their album didn't drop till 98 on interscope cuz Eazy died. The irony of their massive pop success and will I am producing hiphop is dead is crazy
