Apparently the virus originates from Nigeria so why are the media saying “Africa” or “West Africa”? Africa is a continent, not a damn country.
When COVID hit, the media were not saying that it was from “Asia”, they said it was from
China specifically.
I’m even skeptical that this virus even comes from any African country, it’s just cacs trying to push shyt on us as usual.

Because Monkeypox has been detected in numerous west African countries, and COVID was traced to China, specifically.

The virus was first discovered in monkeys (hence the name) in 1958, and in humans in 1970. Almost 50 cases were reported between 1970 and 1979, with more than two thirds of these being from Zaire. The other cases originated from Liberia, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Sierra Leone

Not too sure what’s complicated with that
