Police also DO NOT have to explain anything to you either BEFORE arresting you... this is another youtube talking point that gets folks jacked up in reality. They are allowed to arrest and detain you and then explain everything afterwards. Same thing with reading you your rights. They don't have to do it right away at the time of the arrest.

Well, i aint no legal expert, but it still sounds pretty coercive to me. Actually from what i understand they can pretty much arrest and charge u with whatever they like. Its for the judge to decide if those charges stick. And no two judges are exactly alike.

And if a criminal judge throws out the charges, idk how that could or would affect a civil judge's decision. Thats the thing about the so called "justice system". The law seems to be pretty open to interpretation, and applies differently to certain people in different situations. Throw in the court of appeals and it just gets greyer. This is all by design of course.

edit: while judges very seldom side against the police, lets not forget in amerikkka this particular pig is a black man first, and cop second. His only hope hinges on where the particular judges come down on between blk MEN vs Blk women. In this case the man being a cop.
