He's not wrong at all, but people aren't gonna actually listen to the clip and will make opinions based on that tweet by some dumb ass who didn't understand what he was saying. 
Yea he is actually saying if you can get an entire black production staff for the “black movie” then y can’t u find any black production staff for the other ones in the MCU.
All the other MCU movies he worked on had all cac staffs

He need to figure out a better way to say what he was trying say. It probably sounded totally different in his mind. He just wanted to highlight that Black talent is being second tiered like we’re not good enough to compete or win jobs in all movies.
Exactly I said the same thing. He’s saying if you can find all of these competent black employees involved in the film production process for a “black” movie, then why aren’t you hiring more black employees for “white” movies
