I remember a time when dogs were always outside, but now it seems like everyone who has a dog keeps them in the house and sleeps with them and shyt

Thank god my family dog is still tied up in the backyard by the tree, rain or sunshine. He ain't never set foot indoors his whole life. All he knows is to be a guard and thats it.

Owning a pet should be much more expensive and complicated. Pets should be registered and annual checkups and the like should be required. Something like car registrations.

People are too irresponsible with living things.

I’ve seen what a good pet owner looks like and it puts 99% pet owners I’ve seen to shame. My wife’s family’s dog is going on year 18 because they take complete care of it. The bird is actually even older and walks around with the dog. Both are constantly clean.

Go to Germany and see how different dogs are. They act like humans. All pretty much well trained and seem pretty happy. But it’s very expensive to own a pet there.

• Dogs shouldn't be sitting on the same level as you (bed/couch) because they have pack instincts
• People in general DO NOT WALK THEIR DOGS...that's damn near half the battle of training dogs
