my only argument is nikkahs are stupid for listening to cacs tell them how poor africa is, while cacs themselves over there making a boatload of money that black people over here could be making instead being dependent on racist cacs for a job and paycheck
Real estate markets in Africa can be irrational. I know a few years back Accra had an out of control market. It was a combination of rich locals and Africans overseas buying property at home driving prices. There is also huge centralization in many countries, Windhoek is much bigger than any of the other cities which drives up demand. South Africa does have decent prices in many other middle class suburbs in Johannesburg.
This is some what true, not a boat load of cacs here tho, maybe some NGOs but it's the african govts really eating off that, things kicked started once educated africans such as my class returend and the chinese moved in, but whats very strange is they don't live in the neighborhoods, they live next to the worksite in makeshift trailers, or in the poor areas among the workers, not like the cacs before that would close themselves in gated communities (although they do this in Angola and a couple of other countries), but fukk it, my neighborhood stays black so I'm fine.
