So, was he shot three times? That is how I read it. Why shoot him three times? Why even shoot at all if McKnight did not have a weapon?

When people make outlandish claims like, "he stood over the body and said not to fukk with him and shot him again", it actually makes the perpetrator look more innocent. It is imperative that we are as accurate as possible. Gasser shot McKnight multiple times whilst McKnight did not pose any sort of threat to Gasser. Gasser had no wounds as McKnight did not hit Gasser in any way. Why Gasser is being released is beyond me. He murdered an innocent man.
