Yeah. I use to get on my tiptoes in mirror to see what 3 extra inches would do for my 5'10" frame . Check my height chart on the wall, like maybe that shyt wasn't calibrated right??

Grew to damn quick early on. I was 5'8" in height in 5th grade, then 6th - 10th grade all these lil munchin dudes started sprouting like fertilizer was in their shoes....

i had a patient i was doing bilateral knee xrays frequently in the clinic and he got that surgery done where they break your legs add rods to increase your height. Dude was 2 years off the surgery stll in alot of pain had range of motion issues and He admitted he was concious of his height.Breh was 5'8 and gained enough inches to be 6'2 but regets it because the knee pain,hospital bills,etc wasnt worth it.

Did he ever fully recover from that?

I got bad posture and I dont stretch or do shyt
if you dont stretch or hang off shyt your spine will compress.
I had to get a posture corrector and reverse that shyt

Its not so much the desk but how much time you spend hunched over I would sit on the computer making beats or music for the last 14 years well into 5am
There came a point where I was doing drugs and making music every single night and not taking any breaks but to sleep and eat and shyt. Alot of people, if you have friends that
are in the military will get taller by a few inches, they are always working out and stretching their bodies. I did the fukking opposite I used to be as tall or taller than people
now I'm like an inch or two shorter
