Say what you want about Gunna and his situation (which is bs imo but I ain't getting into that):
Basically ain't no shame in providing you/your loved ones with a legit paycheck, especially if it holds you over until you break it big or upgrade to a better career.
When I was making beats all my favorite producers used to say get a job if you have to so you can keep pursuing your dreams without worrying about your financial situation. That way you can chase your dreams longer and provide some money if you need it to invest in your dreams. Ideally back it up with a great plan B like school or some kind of skill-building that pays well in case it falls through. I learned so many of these great music producers either had a terrific back-up plan or solid family holding them down.
I hope some folks out there ain't trying to argue with that. The part about being "broke" or not though is really unneeded because there's a better way to drop that message without the insult.
