Trap Lord was FIRE...but in my opinion, I think Ferg took too long to release this. ferg forever didn't really do much for me.

BTW it needs to be said again

FERG >>>>>>> Rocky and it's been that way since 2013.

I never understand what people mean by this 'too long' shyt. Either an album is fire or it's not. It doesn't matter when it's released.

When people say "it took too long", to me it means "you make catchy, disposable shyt. and I already disposed of your last project months ago. I was waiting to be fed some new disposable shyt but you didn't come through."

In my opinion the whole A$AP camp been waiting too long to follow up on shyt. Like where's another group mixtape/album like "Lords Never Worry" (fukked with that heavy)? It seems only Ferg and Rocky now are getting the most visibility out of that camp.

It's not like people forgot about them, it's just the pace of the rap world moves so much faster now than it did before...I'm not saying go nuts like Future and oversaturate the market, but staying consistent with the music would be a good thing.

Oh yeah all the asap projects before 2013/14 have NOT been disposable. Live Love Asap is still good. I still fukks with Trap Lord and Long Love A$AP too.

title lacking imagination, like all things Ferg. "Always Strive and Prosper" is already in the ASAP.

Besides, Rocky been putting that shyt in his titles already. at this point, it's 2nd-hand shyt.
Lmao i came in to post this but if the albums fire im ok with that. But theyre milking with the ASAP titles

Trap Lord was one of my favorite albums in recent memory. That New Level single for this was good. I'll definitely check it out.
but I agree with above posts... It's not like the window closed on Ferg, but it would have done wonders for him if he followed Trap Lord sooner with a big release.

People are more concerned with a rapper's market share than their music. This is because apparently folks are now incapable of actually making judgements for themselves and can only sign on with an artist if they feel like they've got some kind of following, or are 'popping' or whatever
