The thing I'm thinking is if you know you're going to be in a crowd, why wear something that would hold a lot of value as a souvenir to your fans while also holding a lot of sentimental value to you.

I think the same thing about rappers getting their chains stolen. Wearing 15k around your neck that holds extra value cause your name is attached to it but then you wanna go around dudes you don't know and who hold about as much emotional attachment to you as they do the dog down the street.
