If he gets convicted they will absolutely appeal, appeals take years and the success rate is low. It pro forma for appeals to be filed. That's why apellate court exists.

The move he will try is to stay free on bail while the appeal goes through. The Pac move, the Meek Mill move. He has a chance. He's not a violent felon. He doesn't have a crazy record, he has behaved mostly during trial. He has assets.

Meghan is not a lawyer. She’s just a court reporter who came to prominence during the Meghan case. Anyone could literally go sit in on cases or watch live streams and do what she does. I wouldn’t listen to any of her actual opinions whether she is right or wrong.

I haven’t followed this case and I’m not a criminal lawyer and I know nothing about Rocky’s defense. But I also don’t like the way she tries to play lawyer but hide under I’m not an attorney. She should just report what she sees and not try to editorialize.

What’s she seeing isn’t relevant because she doesn’t have a legal eye. She’s saying “I don’t know how such and such will play” and that’s above her pay grade. I don’t have anything against her but she definitely editorializes where I think she should just say what’s happening. I’ve seen her talk about how things were received before only for the jury to not focus on it at all.
