I ain't gone hold you. My initial thoughts was he must have a good reason to take it to trial after being offered 6 months, but as the trail went on, and seeing reputable people saying he probably should have taken the deal, my opion changed and I thought he fukked up for not taking the plea. I base a lot of this on the Tory case.

Goes to show I wasn't really paying attention.

Relli is the only reason he got off. Had he just taken the stand and answered questions normally Rocky probably gets found guilty.

I 100% believe the jury couldn't stand Relli's antics and evasiveness. The verdict was a fukk you message. They didn't want to send someone to jail behind a guy like him.

That camera footage wasn't the slam dunk yall thought it was, I said this earlier in the thread. The camera footage shows relli grabbing on someone, shots fired, and relli continuing to follow after Rocky's crew.

There was absolutely no evidence that a real gun was fired. The cops found no gunshot residue and the shells were turned in 2 days later by relli (did he get shot and stop to collect the shells before chasing rocky?) and there were no injuries besides the ashy knuckles relli claimed was a gunshot. Even if Rocky did it, there was never enough evidence to convince a jury that this wasn't some extortion attempt gone wrong.


There was far less evidence in this case than the state had with Tory.
